I am a Professor of Political Science at the University of Toronto. I teach in the Political Science departments at the Scarborough and St. George campuses of the University of Toronto. I also co-direct the Environmental Governance Lab at the Munk School of Global Affairs (http://munkschool.utoronto.ca/egl/). My research focuses on global environmental governance and I am especially interested in the global response to climate change. On my blog you’ll find musings about the state of climate change governance and the study of it. The other pages report on some of my current research projects including ones on the politics of decarbonization, climate governance experiments, emissions trading and carbon markets, and multilateral treaty-making.
